  • How long have you been in business?
    Norman’s Medical Supply Inc. has been serving the Tri-state area for over 20 years and continues to provide top notch service to patients today.
  • Do you have medical supplies in stock, or are there availability issues?
    We take pride in being reliable when it comes to our products. We continue to maintain a steady flow of supplies even through the pandemic. We also help with researching hard-to-find or specialized products that we may not carry and help provide you with cost and delivery time to help you weigh your options.
  • If I have never used this kind of durable medical equipment, will you have someone to give me a quick how-to?
    We recognize the importance of providing comprehensive patient education. Whether it’s training on how to properly put on a back brace, how to place the pads on for the TENS unit, or even the proper way to use the cervical pillow, staff will give you guidance on how to use the product properly.
  • How fast will the supplies arrive?
    Once an order is placed and proper paperwork is submitted by the doctor’s office, it will usually take up to 48 hours for the customer to receive their product.
  • How do I return or exchange my medical supplies?
    Our customer service representatives would love to assist you in any way we can. We can be reached by phone or via email, M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm EST, if you have questions about your order or need help in any way. Norman’s Medical Supply Inc. honors all manufacturer warranties.
  • How long does it take to get paperwork from the doctor?
    It depends on the doctor. It typically takes 2-3 days. We stay in close contact with the doctor to get the paperwork done quickly. You can help by letting the doctor know that we’re sending paperwork regarding your supply needs.
  • What are your business hours?
    Norman’s Medical Supply Inc. will be open: 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday 9:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday (with exception to holidays). We will be reachable through our customer service representatives by phone 24/7. We can be reached by email if it’s a preferred method of contact.
